Our client, one of North America’s fastest-growing Elite ServiceNow Partners, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in CSM to join their Montreal-based team remotely. The successful candidate will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, helping clients transition from legacy platforms and build roadmaps for their digital evolution. This position provides the opportunity to work on some of the largest ServiceNow implementations globally, with multi-year project pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for ServiceNow implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers and Developers.

• Assess client needs and design customized solutions to align with their business goals.

• Spearhead the migration of clients from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.

• Develop roadmaps for ServiceNow modules and functionalities.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of innovation.

Skillset

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

• Expertise in ServiceNow design, implementation, and customization.

• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with complex digital transformation projects is a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
