Our client, a prominent player in the technology sector, are hiring a ServiceNow Custom App Developer to join the team on a contract basis in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, enhance their team and drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Custom App Developer, you will design and build custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Work extensively with ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, GRC/SecOps, CSM and HRSD modules to create seamless user experiences and efficient workflows.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
Analyze and refine existing applications to enhance performance, usability, and overall effectiveness.

Skillset

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with AngularJS for front-end development.
Proficient in using ServiceNow’s App Engine and Studio for application development.
Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
