Network Analyst

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, are hiring a Network Analyst to join their team on a contract to Full Time Employment basis in the Norfolk, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers, as well as providing crucial technical support for the company’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• As the Network Analyst, you will apply the latest software patches and fixes to Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers.

• Create and deploy SCCM installation packages for application, patch and operating system updates.

• Use reporting tools to verify the successful deployment of software updates.

• Oversee software distribution and hardware/software inventories and assist with modifying and creating software packages and scripts.

• Offer technical support to staff for hardware and software issues, resolving them via phone, in-person, or electronically.

• Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.

• Prepare monthly status reports detailing task progress and upcoming plans.

• Perform other related tasks as required.

Skillset

• Minimum of two years of experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.

•  At least two years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

• DOD Secret Clearance is required.
