We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our network of contractors supporting various enterprise-level implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. These roles will cover a range of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and more. As a contractor, you will work closely with our clients to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions, ensuring project success and maximizing platform value.

Responsibilities:

Lead or contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules tailored to client requirements.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and recommend best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Identify areas for improvement within existing ServiceNow environments and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and usability.
Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform upgrades.
Conduct training and handover sessions for client teams to ensure they can maximize the value of ServiceNow solutions.

Skillset

Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Strong scripting and development skills (e.g., JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs).
Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise IT operations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
