Our client, a leading Digital Transformation Consulting firm, is hiring a ServiceNow Client Executive to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with government and public sector agencies, analyzing industry trends and developing targeted outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Client Executive, you will create and implement targeted prospecting campaigns to drive high engagement across both prospect and customer bases.

Proactively manage and convert the sales pipeline to maximize contract value.

Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.

Present persuasive digital accessibility solutions to a variety of audiences, including C-suite executives.

Work closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions.

Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with the team to refine processes and strategies.
Skillset
-
Seven years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years within the Federal sector.

Expertise in solution-selling and consultative sales methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of government agency business processes.

Experience navigating government procurement through GSA schedules.

Proven ability to build relationships and deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level audiences.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Familiarity with web technology and digital accessibility is a plus.
