Our client is a ServiceNow Elite Partner who are embarking on an exciting journey, as they open up a new Austrian office to service their growing customer reach across Europe. As they extend their team with German speaking consultants, you have the chance to fast track your career and be a part of a new dynamic local office, with the stability & security of the largest German ServiceNow Elite Partner.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions tailored to their needs.

• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to define solution architecture and design.

• Ensure quality delivery of projects by conducting thorough testing, troubleshooting, and adhering to agreed timelines.

• Support clients with strategic advice, roadmaps and guidance to maximize their ServiceNow investment.

• Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and features, applying them to improve client outcomes.

Skillset

• B2+ level German 

• Technical ServiceNow Consulting experience as a Solution Consultant, Senior Developer or Architect

• Experience in solution design, in depth technical understanding of ITSM & ITIL products

• ServiceNow experience in a consultancy is preferred, although similar products also acceptable (BMC Remedy, Avanti, Jira, Atlassian) 

• Ability to navigate complex customer challenges, with expert solutions & best practice
