Our client, a ServiceNow Solutions provider, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team in Ohio on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will become a key member of the implementation team to develop innovative solutions, provide guidance to technical teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Architect, you will design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, application configurations and system integrations.
Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and transform them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Manage project delivery, ensuring completion within deadlines and budget while achieving business goals.
Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and creating custom modules.
Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to promote seamless solution adoption.
Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies to drive platform enhancements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, covering architectural designs, configurations and support processes.

Skillset

At least three years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred, with expertise in at least ITSM and CSM.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting tools, with a solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT systems integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of designing innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
