Our client, an Elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join the team in The Netherlands on a minimum six month contract. The successful candidate will assist customers by designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions, including addressing technical challenges, creating strategic roadmaps and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will design and implement customized ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet client needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create roadmaps and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the implementation process.
Offer expert guidance on configuring and optimizing ServiceNow GRC in line with best practices.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and training sessions to enhance customer proficiency with the platform.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.

Skillset

Fluency in English and Dutch.
Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC modules.
In-depth understanding of GRC principles, including risk management, compliance and audit workflows.
Skilled in developing roadmaps, technical designs and scalable solutions.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC) is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills.
