Our client, a Digital Transformation organization, are hiring a Sales Executive to join the team in Virginia. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales quotas and revenue goals consistently.

  • Utilize your network and established relationships to expand the customer base.

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning ServiceNow solutions to address clients' specific needs.

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementations and high client satisfaction.

  • Present tailored demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of ServiceNow.

  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to devise and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline in CRM tools, while providing regular forecasts and actionable insights to management.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales within IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT service management, IT operations or digital transformation processes.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proven capability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers across all organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem is a bonus.
