Our client, a leading retail company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join their team remotely on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, effective training to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a remote position requiring a U.S. Citizen due to project requirements.
Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to various skill levels.

Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials

Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.

Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure training is current and effective.

Provide feedback and assessments to measure trainee progress and adjust training strategies as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
