Our client, an AI-driven startup revolutionizing the government sector, is hiring a Software Developer – Generative AI to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into their platform, utilizing frameworks like LangChain, embedding workflows and vector databases to enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities

As the Software Developer, you will lead end-to-end software development, from concept to deployment.
Work closely with product and design teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
Build and integrate Generative AI applications into the platform.
Enhance system performance, reliability and security.
Continuously innovate by adding new features and improving existing functionality.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for smooth operations.

Skillset

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of software development experience, ideally in SaaS.
Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph and Agentic AI.
Skilled in front-end development with React/Next.js and backend development with Python.
Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and AI model fine-tuning is a bonus.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
