Our client, an AI-driven organization revolutionizing the government sector, is hiring a VP of Sales to help scale their SaaS sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a top-tier sales team, developing a high-performing sales strategy, and delivering measurable results while cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities

As the VP of Sales, you will build and oversee a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers.

Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and growth objectives.

Identify and seize new opportunities to drive revenue expansion.

Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.

Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong and ZoomInfo to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Establish sales methodologies, coaching programs and process improvements to maximize success.

Create and maintain a high-performance sales culture that reflects the company’s mission and values.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.

Extensive experience scaling SaaS sales organizations in growth-stage companies.

In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales strategies and market expansion

Strong expertise in sales strategy, management and execution.

Proven leadership in recruiting, mentoring and building high-performing teams.

Strong leadership with a focus on culture, team development and performance.

Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with sales tools like Gong and ZoomInfo.

U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.
