Job Title: AI Program Lead – GenAI & LLMs – Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Contract: Rolling 6-Month Day Rate Contract
Day Rate: Excellent Day Rates

Alldus are partnered with an international enterprise who are working on the cutting edge of AI. They are seeking an experienced AI Program Lead to drive the development of multiple AI Agents focused on internal process efficiencies across the business. This role requires a product-focused leader with a strong track record in LLMs and GenAI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI Agents to optimize internal workflows.
• Define and execute a scalable AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to build and deploy LLM-based GenAI solutions.
• Oversee AI product lifecycle management, from concept to production.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and continuous optimization of AI-driven processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an AI Program Lead / Product Lead in a global enterprise.
• Deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI for real-world business applications.
• Strong background in AI product development, automation, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to drive innovation while ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.
