Location: Remote (UK/EU preferred)
Contract Length: 4 months

Commitment: 1 day per week

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant to join the team remotely on a part-time four-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyse, streamline, and enhance their existing CSM setup, specifically addressing problem areas within the Customer Service Management (CSM) module and delivering catalog simplification to ensure a cleaner, more user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess current ServiceNow CSM configuration, workflows and catalog items.

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies and complexity within CSM problem processes.

  • Simplify and rationalise the existing service catalog.

  • Provide technical recommendations and implement agreed solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer as required.

Skillset

  • Strong, hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

  • Proven experience simplifying or restructuring CSM problem processes.

  • Experience with service catalog design, rationalisation and optimisation.

  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver clear, actionable improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
