Our client are emerging one of the top disruptive technology companies and they are simplifying the lives of travellers around the world with their unique offering.

They have recently set up an new state-of-the-art innovation hub in Dublin City Centre and they are looking for a Scrum Master to monitor the progress of and guide their growing development teams.

Your Role:

As a Scrum Master, you will promote continuous communication, facilitate sprint planning and other scrum meetings.

You will identity and resolve roadblocks throughout the project’s progress.

Guide the development team on self-organization.

Mentor the product owner and other team members to improve team dynamics.

Provide support and assistance at any given time to the projects and team members.

Regularly assess the team’s scrum maturity and over time help deliver a high-level of maturity of the team.

Provide coaching  to allow the development teams to reliably and consistently deliver best practices.


Your Experience:

Experience running at least two or three scrum teams simultaneously.

3 years’ experience working within software development team as a Scrum Master by applying Scrum principles, practices and theory.

A Certified Scrum Master or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Knowledge of Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, etc.

Experience applying successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Automated Testing.

Strong knowledge of technologies used by the team eg. Java, Go, React.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
