We are working in partnership with an industry leading Information Management organization to recruit for a ServiceNow Technical Lead

Our client’s solutions allow their clients to harness enterprise information and develop better insights and opportunities which can improve business processes as well as reducing risks in relation to governance and intellectual property.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with business partners and SME’s in order to provide oversight and recommendations.
  • Be responsible for the implementation, ongoing enhancements and support of all integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Ensure the roll out of best practices and confirm that any advanced configurations will not endanger future upgrades.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in development/configuration on the ServiceNow Platform including exposure to ITSM, CSM and Integration Hub.
  • Previous experience in the implementation of CSM.
  • Expereince working with API’s (REST and SOAP)
