Company/Role Summary

 

Alldus is currently searching for a Business Process consultant which will be responsible for working along side clients and stakeholders to develop implementation strategy and an overall framework for the following modules: ITBM, ITBM, ITAM, GRC, and more. This Consultant will work to find the most efficient ways to leverage and use the ServiceNow modules to meet, and exceed, the client’s needs and support best practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Will aid and assist with development in various areas: project charter, project plans, and the enablement training of the client
  • Understanding and working with clients and stakeholders to provide advice and direction
  • Working with end client to understand their business processes and employee service needs to demonstrate how ServiceNow will support these aspects
  • Provide direction and instruction to the client during the implementation of these processes.
  • Advise on all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow ITBM/ITAM/GRC implementation projects
  • Recognize areas of ServiceNow modules processes needs improvement and provides guidance to improve the processes of ITBM, ITAM, GRC
  • Be able to handle and work multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the services team
  • Guiding clients to utilize the full ServiceNow functional capabilities and their efforts to improve GRC/ITAM/ITBM processes
  • Assisting in development of project charter, project plans and enablement training of the client  
  • Be a mentor and leader to other members of the Services team

 

Preferred Skills

  • 5-10 years of relevant module experience at a high level of responsibility: ITBM/ITAM/GRC
  • Hands on experience with ITBM/ITAM/GRC technologies
  • Able to to influence and consult stakeholders and clients in solving business process or technical problems
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow ITBM/ITAM/GRC tool experience and adept with various OOB features, workflows, and integrations
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' ITBM/ITAM/GRC processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
