An Elite ServiceNow Partner is currently seeking an Engagement Manager for upcoming application development project. This is a full-time, remote position with a real tight knit group that are looking to welcome a professional with a fantastic knack for client engagement:

 

Specific Project Needs

  • Plan and deliver a project kick-off meeting
  • Create and manage a project schedule
  • Develop business value statement
  • Define measurable business outcomes
  • Plan releases and sprints in consideration of timeline and budget
  • Conduct process and platform workshops
  • Author user stories
  • Product a roles and responsibilities guide
  • Manage defect resolution process
  • Identify implementation go/no-go criteria and activities
  • Measure organizational readiness

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of project management experience,
  • Experience Leading ServiceNow projects – either internally or with external customers

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • TIL v4 Certification
  • ScrumMaster Certification
