Alldus are seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations/Integrated Risk Management (SecOps/IRM) Practice Director. 

This role will start with some direct billable responsibility running concurrently with practice build responsibilities.  As the practice develops, the billable portion of this job will be eliminated.  You will need direct experience with ServiceNow SecOps and experience operating in a consulting/professional services leadership capacity.  

You are a proven leader with direct experience delivering SecOps related improvement programs and projects.  A deep knowledge of the industry with regards to business process best practices and complementary/competing solutions is a requirement. You will operate in an advsory capacity with client leaders, developing trust and ensuring the success or all SecOps projects. 

The Practice Director will build, lead and continuously improve the Practice and will have responsibility for achieving specific quality and growth objectives.   The Practice Director will work in close partnership with our Sales and Marketing teams (as well as peer Practice Leaders) to align solution proposals with the needs of our customers as well as operating independently to craft proposal responses and RFI responses.  This will include leveraging existing Intellectual Property to deliver solutions and the development of net-new IP to support custom solutions.  In addition to delivering client engagements, the successful candidate will be responsible for continual expansion of his/her own skill-set, support recruiting initiatives, provide sales support, assist with proposal development, deliver client presentations, and develop content (blog entries, articles, whitepapers, etc.). 

In accordance with these responsibilities, the Practice Director compensation package consists of base, bonus (paid quarterly) and revenue up-side (also paid quarterly).

Candidates should possess a broad range of knowledge and skill in:

• Security process, organizational, and technical know-how

• ServiceNow SecOps training, certifications and implementation experience

• Process engineering

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Speaking and presentation skills


  • Lead, develop and improve the ServiceNow SecOps practice
  • Recruit and perform employee management and administration for the SecOps practice team members
  • Partner with leadership team, Sales and Marketing; to envision, develop and ultimately go to market with Security service offerings
  • Partner with leadership team and PreSales/Sales to evolve new SecOps consulting opportunities; aid with scoping, proposal development and prospective customer presentations
  • Lead process and enabling technology/tool assessment and design engagements
  • Lead SecOps current state/baseline data gathering, data analysis, prioritization, and development of tailored, best practice improvement strategies and plans
  • Create clear and compelling written deliverables, providing specific, tailored, and actionable advice and recommendations
  • Scope, schedule and facilitate workshops with client executive/senior management and SMEs to share assessment findings and collaborate on recommendations/opportunities
  • SME and lead program manager for Security related projects
  • Project Manager SME for ServiceNow design workshops, in partnership with ServiceNow technical SMEs
  • Oversee Security ServiceNow implementations to ensure best practices
  • Maintain understanding of emerging process, policy, tech trends and solutions related to SecOps
  • Provide mentorship

 Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a Professional Services Practice
  • At least, 3 years experience in ServiceNow SecOps consulting
  • Applicable experience in the development and roll-out of SecOps
  • Knowledge and experience with standardized Project Management, SDLC processes
  • Understanding of process modeling techniques and capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing relationships across business and IT team members
  • Ability to translate client business objectives to guide consulting work
  • Practical knowledge and experience of a broad range of service management, operations, and infrastructure related tools and technologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and best practices
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previously developed a professional services practice
  • University degree: MBA, organizational development/change, IT, etc.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification and/or Security certifications
  • PMP
  • Agile Scrum experience CSM favorable
