Fantastic opportunity for a German & English Fluent ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support customers in Agile Digital Enterprise Streamlining of their ServiceNow Application. You will work for an organisation that provide IT Software Solutions and Services to international corporations in Europe, providing marketing-leading solutions as part of customers digital transformation.

You will be part of a core team of 100+ experts, serving European customers within the DACH Region. You will be responsible for planning and implementing ServiceNow Projects, through the following:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects, releases, and platform support
  • Overseeing the design, development, implementation and testing through a structured and well managed approach
  • Drive development timelines through execution of key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
  • Deliver technical guidance, mentoring colleagues and assisting customers to assess, analyse and provide technical solutions
  • Provide relevant risk assessment and correct measures to ensure delivery of projects in timely and effective manner
  • Mapping of PPM processes to actual functionality in ServiceNow ITBM
  • Propose and communicate a technical solution through requirements engineering, workshops, creation of user stories, to meet functional requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ServiceNow experience, with technical capabilities in scripting languages (JavaScript)
  • Requirements engineering – requirements gathering, creating user stories, technical documentation and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Agile methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to accomplish common goals and break down obstacles in project plan
  • Experience or desire to work with Project and Portfolio Management domain
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in cross-functional environment, achieving goals within expected timeframe
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, through high-level independence and pro-activity
