ServiceNow System Architect

Job Title: ServiceNow System Architect
Location: Remote from EU
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months

Company description:
A Nasdaq listed company enabling the world with smart and safe connectivity solutions are looking to bring on a ServiceNow architect for 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a key focus on CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery
• Use your technical expertise to lead and develop the ServiceNow team
• Help with architecture discussions, giving support to the Product Manager/Owner with creating roadmaps and strategies

Qualifications:

• A college degree with a focus on IT
• 10 years’ experience in IT, 5 years working with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, etc.
• Must be able to carry out hands-on development work and be able to help push a team in the right directions
• Must be able to liaise with stakeholders, explaining IT to a less technical audience, and to get buy-in from higher management
• Performance analytics and Tool optimization experience is a plus
