Company
Our client are a Biotech company based in North Carolina who are creating an Oncology-based tech platform to help Oncologists make better decisions when it comes to treatment for their patients, as well as helping Pharma companies further develop therapeutics and drug discovery.

Role

  • Help to implement a Data Architecture

  • Design a knowledge graph to link different sources of data

  • Work with imaging data, sequencing data, clinical and disease data

  • Manage ETL pipeline with Biological Data


Team

  • You will be part of the Data Science & Bioinformatics Team

  • You will collaborate with experimental scientists, device engineers, software, and operations teams

  • You will be part of a fast-paced early-stage startup

  • Have the chance to shape data strategy and product development


Requirements
  •  

  • Master’s degree in a related field

  • 3+ years Biotech or Pharma industry experience

  • Experience with data lakes

  • Experience with knowledge graphs

  • Comfortable working in an AWS environment

  • Knowledge of structured/unstructured databases

  • Experience with data science workflows

  • knowledge of machine learning models and-development cycle

  • Experience with NGS data and bioinformatics tools
