Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join an expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovative business solutions focusing on human centric design to drive adoption and real transformation
- Help in designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform; which can include modifications of applications, forms, workflows, interfaces and any other customizations needed to support client processes
- Engage with clients/stakeholders and advise on development approaches and best practices
- Help provide suggestions and alternatives to technical challenges to meet business solutions
- help to identify and innovate new solutions for clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in engaging with stakeholders
- Good knowledge of JavaScript
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with a proven history at being able to work and collaborate effectively with non-technical team members and/or clients.
