• Seeking an experienced professional in Analytics & Data Infrastructure.
• Elevate the analytics capabilities
• Upgrade the data infrastructure 
• Modernize business reporting tools & practices
• Design dashboards
• Apply predictive analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders cross-functionally
• Work with IT leadership and project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Build world-class new BI tools
• Requirement gathering, data modeling & development of data visualizations
• Manage BI reports and projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders
• Lead workstreams as the business representative
• Work closely with IT
• Modernize data architecture and infrastructure
• Leverage knowledge of industry best practices
• Lead and directly execute on analytical projects

Experience Needed:

• Candidates who can work in CA or NH are highly preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience
• Expertise in Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization platforms
• Experience deploying and/or administering and utilizing data warehouses for BI
• Experience managing & creating ETL processes
• Strong comprehension of applied statistics
• Familiarity with Subscription KPIs
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SQL & Excel
• Must have outstanding technical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication 
• Excellent leadership capabilities 
• Experience leading workstreams on technical projects
• Experience with Data Visualization 
• Understanding of business operations & relevant KPIs 
• Experience at a subscription-based company
