ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Our ServiceNow elite partner is currently seeking Solutions Architects to join them in some of the most exciting and challenging ServiceNow transformation projects happening within the industry.  They're looking to grow their ServiceNow practice with exceptional Solutions Architects who are passionate about technology to support their projects. This role is on a full-time and remote basis, with the option to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current state processes and tools, determine and propose ServiceNow solution options and requirements, identify and propose integration requirements, and develop architecture and implementations plans with clients.
• Identify new project opportunities and create proposals while collaborating with other teams within the business.
• Run and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops.
• Work with other teams to architect and create solutions that leverage native configuration opportunities
• Provide hands-on configuration, development and integration services and serve in a delivery assurance capacity for all project deliverables
• Organise all phases of testing and test acceptance

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
• High level understanding and implementation experience with at least 2 of these ServiceNow application suites: ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM and/or SecOps
• Expert level understanding of ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components (e.g. LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Lead at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC
• ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (or commitment to attain these certifications within 90 days of hire date)
• 3+ years’ experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location: Remote/Seattle Area, WA

Salary: 160k - 180k
