Job Title: ServiceNow Product Owner – CSM, FSO

Type: Contract, 6 months

Location: Remote, EU

Company Description:

Our client is a highly respected IT & Services Company based in Belgium who is working closely with a financial institution for the last number of years. Besides ITSM, ServiceNow is being set up to develop business service management functionality using the ServiceNow CSM/FSO module to support multiple departments.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage business expectations and deliver capabilities around out-of-box ServiceNow functionalities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to establish realistic delivery dates
• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to prioritize new activities and to update them on current progress of the project
• Focusing mainly on the ServiceNow business instance using the CSM/FSO modules

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in an agile environment
• Experience with business analysis and as a Product Owner
• At least 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow with knowledge of the CSM and FSO modules
• English language skills are a must. French and/or Dutch would be a big plus
