Analytics Manager

Location - Los Angeles, California (Hybrid)

Our client is an innovative AI-Driven tech company who use Artificial Intelligence to help promote and grow the Creator Economy. They use data-driven insights to help educate Creators on how to grow their platform, areas to invest resources and how to improve their performance to increase outreach.

You would be joining a team of entrepreneurial data analysts to support the analytical operations within the business. You will play a critical role in analysing data to suggest business enhancement. This position will work cross-functionally with leadership teams and be involved in new knowledge development & research.

Responsibilities:

• Collect new data alongside enhancing existing data sources
• Working with other business teams to understand analytical needs and use tools to deliver analytical solutions
• Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting using a variety of technical tools
• Working alongside Data Engineers for smooth delivery pipelines
• Work with other Analysts to achieve business goals

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in a quantitative/technical field
• 5+ years' experience working in Data Analytics (or related field) working within a technical/quantitative field
• Experience with Excel – focused on pivot tables, power pivot, data models
• Strong experience in SQL
• Familiarity using Python or R for ad-hoc analysis
• Experience using visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Confident in simplifying complex data topics into clear and concise presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for learning
• Able to work within fast-paced environments
