Location: Remote (2 days onsite per month)

A leading Financial Services company in Belgium with nearly 300 million transactions per year, over 2,000 clients globally and 4,000 employees based around the world.



· You will be the Product Owner for the ITSM ServiceNow module within the company’s COE

· Liaise and develop relationships with business units and user groups

· You will ensure business services are identified and supported to the required satisfaction

· Define and own the roadmap of all ITSM processes

· You will act as an interface between business stakeholders and IT teams

· Be an active member within the ServiceNow COE



  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM projects for large organisations
  • Experience in performing analysis and identifying solutions, in creation of functional design documentation, configuration documents and test plans
  • Experience designing, documenting, and implementing processes as related to a ServiceNow implementation
  • ITIL Foundation (or above) certification preferred
  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification preferred • ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred
