Our Dublin city client is a leader in the Educational Software sector with offices throughout Europe.
Due to continued growth they are looking to take on two Interaction
designers to work within a collaborative cross functional team.
You will work in conjunction with their product owners, design team,
development team, and other stakeholders in order to shape the future of School Management.
You will work with a large development team translating the product requirements into workflows, user journeys, low and high-fidelity prototypes.
Contribute to the upkeep and development of a Design System library
Create prototypes that can easily be translated to code by the development team
Contribute to the development of good UX pattern guidelines informing and providing the expertise of how to choose the right pattern for the right problem
Committed to championing a consistent UX for all users across an extensive product suite.
Responsible for researching and obtaining a clear understanding of the
product and user goals and will be capable of communicating clearly those goals to the teams you work with.
Responsible for communicating clearly with a large team, design philosophy, practices, and patterns.
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet product owner and user requirements.
Minm of 2 years experience as an interaction designer
Experience turning complex problems into simple solutions.
An in-depth knowledge of UI patterns.
Results-driven and committed to championing the user's experience.
Excellent Abstract thinking and complex problem-solving skills
Paper prototyping and comfortable with sketching
Experience working with component libraries and design systems
Experience working with a range of prototyping tools and a good knowledge of when to use the right tool
