One of Germany’s most respected pharmaceutical companies is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst that will bring their mindset, skillset and love for data to the business in order to help them understand their customers and their needs. 

You will join an ever growing and open-minded Data team with inspiring expertise from a range of sectors.  The company is dedicated to improving access to solutions in healthcare through long-term strategies, programs and partnerships. 

Day to day you will: 

• Develop detailed descriptions of the company’s target customers
• Carry out descriptive analytics of customer behaviours 
• Engage with various stakeholders of the business on data-driven decisions
• Run pre-built machine learning models in order to refresh insights 
• Communicate analytical findings and solutions through data visualizations and dashboards
• Lead projects with both global and internal teams
• Translate analytical problems and solutions for different stakeholders in the company

What you will bring to the role: 

• Strong experience in SQL and Excel 
• 3+ years of previous work experience as a data analyst or a data engineer 
• Ability to extract and understand data to help solve business problems
• Proficiency with data visualization (tools such as - Tableau, Spotfire and Qlik Sense) 
• Good knowledge of AWS cloud services as well as Python and R 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in a quantitative subject such as computer science, Engineering, Statistics or Information Systems 
• Good written and oral business German and English skills
