Enterprise Solution Architect (Contract)
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite) Cork or Dublin
Duration: April 2025 – Q4 2025
Level: Senior

Our client, a large energy company, is hiring an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join their IT Architecture team on a contract basis. This role will support key IT projects, including Cyber Enhancement, AI Roadmap Execution, Work & Asset Management Upgrades and VDI Upgrades.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural guidance on IT systems, applications and infrastructure.
Ensure alignment with IT and business strategies.
Conduct solution design reviews and enforce architecture standards.
Develop and maintain architecture models, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
Support cloud migration, cybersecurity and enterprise application upgrades.

Skillset

5–10 years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect.
Expertise in at least three of the following: End-user Computing, Cyber Resilience, AI Solution Delivery, Enterprise Application Upgrades, Infrastructure Upgrades, Cloud Migration.
Certified in an Enterprise Architecture framework (TOGAF, DoDAF, Zachman).
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
