Our client, a leading Life Sciences company, is hiring a Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will be involved in an exciting Generative AI project, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales and other departments to understand their needs.
Work on optimising AI agent efficiencies to enhance business processes.
Operate with a startup mindset, taking initiative and driving progress within the project team.

Skillset

Proven ability to identify business challenges, define deliverables and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills to ensure smooth execution and business transformation.
Experience working with AI technologies (LLMs, NLP) is essential.
Experience Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development and Multi-Agent Frameworks is a plus.
Experience in Generative AI, AI Chat Agents, and Information Intake & Analysis is a bonus.
