ServiceNow Senior Account Executive
Our client, a leading ServiceNow Solutions provider, are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Account Executive to join their team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive sales and revenue growth, oversee the full sales process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Build and nurture strategic client partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to final closing.

Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skillset
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or similar.

Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow sales.

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and the Now Platform.

Expertise in IT operations, AI-driven automation and customer service management.

Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies.

Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
