Our client, a leading ServiceNow Solutions provider, are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Account Executive to join their team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive sales and revenue growth, oversee the full sales process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strategic client partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to final closing.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to potential clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Skillset

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or similar.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow sales.

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and the Now Platform.

  • Expertise in IT operations, AI-driven automation and customer service management.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
