Our client are a rapidly growing AI company focused on regulatory compliance and responsible AI deployment. As they expand into the European market, they are committed to helping businesses navigate evolving legal frameworks with advanced AI solutions.

They are hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between sales, implementation, and customer success. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives in client-facing environments, ensuring smooth product deployment while actively supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to demonstrate product functionality, address technical concerns, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

• Guide clients through installation, configuration and onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption of the AI regulatory compliance platform.

• Assist in resolving technical challenges by jumping into sales calls to fix issues and optimize customer experience.

• Conduct onsite training sessions to help clients fully utilize the platform for compliance needs.

• Work closely with product developers to relay customer feedback, helping refine functionality in response to emerging regulatory requirements.
   

Skillset

• Strong experience with enterprise technical implementation, preferably in environments like Dell.

• Comfortable engaging with clients, understanding their needs and adapting solutions accordingly.

• Able to troubleshoot product-related issues efficiently and provide hands-on support.

• Willingness to engage across presales, implementation and support functions as needed.
