In today’s show, we’re delighted to welcome back Andy Ho, VP of Learning Experience and Innovation at ServiceNow. Based in San Diego, California, Andy is a senior executive of a Training and Certification team with 25 years of training experience in the enterprise software industry. He has directed, developed and delivered classes in a variety of formats including instructor-led, virtual, and cloud-based platforms.

Andy is currently leading a team focused on learning experiences and innovation, including exploring ways to reimagine how people learn by implementing new technologies into the classroom including AI, ML, AR, and even VR and the metaverse. His role includes forging partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and top professional social media sites to provide training pathways that will lead to job opportunities and he also accelerates learning journeys for workforce development initiatives.
