Sales Engineer
Our client, a fast-growing startup specializing in Agentic AI, is hiring a technically adept and customer-oriented AI Sales Engineer to join their team in California. The successful candidate will partner with the sales team to showcase the capabilities of AI Studio, helping enterprise clients understand how the platform can automate, streamline and enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities

Conduct compelling product demonstrations that clearly showcase the capabilities and practical benefits of AI Studio.

Partner with customers to understand their unique requirements and craft customized multi-agent AI solutions.

Work closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to deal closure.

Support the creation of proof-of-concept solutions that directly address the client’s specific business challenges.

Provide hands-on onboarding and technical assistance to ensure a seamless implementation and successful adoption of the platform.
Skillset

Demonstrated experience in a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant within the software or AI industry.

Solid understanding of AI technologies, business process automation and workflow optimization strategies.

Skilled at articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Practical experience working with enterprise software systems and integrating APIs (e.g. CRM, ERP platforms).

Exposure to no-code AI platforms or multi-agent AI systems is a plus.

Familiar with SaaS sales cycles and managing enterprise-level accounts.

Understanding of AI-driven business integrations and automation solutions.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
