Our client, a rapidly growing AI Startup, are hiring a International Project Manager to join the team on an initial 12-14 month contract. The successful candidate will lead a high-profile government product integration and rollout initiative across the Caribbean and the USA, delivering tailored solutions for vital government infrastructure systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model from an office base in Ireland, with the added chance to work on-site in a Caribbean Island!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

• Engage with government stakeholders, senior diplomats and technical teams.

• Lead the implementation of bespoke government solutions.

• Manage Gantt charts and project roadmaps to drive structured execution.

• Navigate multi-country logistics while collaborating with teams in the field.

• Support on-ground senior engineers and ensuring smooth integration.

Skillset

• Proven international Project Management experience with a track record in enterprise-scale projects.

• Strong background in government contracts, installations and stakeholder engagement.

• Expertise in Gantt charts, roadmaps and structured project planning.

• Ability to coordinate diplomatic stakeholders and local teams.

• Experience delivering complex projects within 12 months.
