Today’s guest is Nicholas Puleo, Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Software Solutions at Tierpoint. Founded in 2010, Tierpoint’s mission is to be a champion for untangling the complexity in Hybrid IT. They meet their customers where they are on the path to digital and IT transformation by leading with security, being cloud-agnostic, and always solutioning for business outcomes. TierPoint draws on a comprehensive portfolio of services, from public to private to multitenant cloud, from colocation to disaster recovery, security and more.

Nicholas is directly responsible for teams working on strategic software development initiatives, enterprise application integration and custom software solutions within TierPoint, overseeing all application architecture for critical business and operational systems. He leads teams that build custom applications to support customers and increase opportunities for further acquisition of customer services. He is responsible for creating TierPoint’s ServiceNow Platform team and driving the direction of the platform, its enhancements and overall day-to-day support.
