Our client, a leading telecommunications company, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team on a contract basis in Brussels, Belgium. The successful candidate will shape the architecture of an enterprise ServiceNow environment, own the platform roadmap and technical design, and work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities-
Lead and mentor the local ServiceNow team, providing technical direction to developers, administrators, consultants and delivery partners.

Define the platform architecture, roadmap, design standards and governance processes.

Lead solution design from requirements workshops through implementation, testing, and release.

Design ITSM workflows covering incidents, requests, problems, changes, knowledge, the service catalog and SLAs.

Shape SAM and HAM solutions, including asset lifecycles, licensing, reconciliation and reporting.

Lead ITOM design across Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
-
Govern the CMDB data model, ownership, reconciliation and data quality.
-
Design Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and IRM/GRC workflows.
-
Define secure integrations with identity, monitoring, security, procurement and other enterprise systems.

Maintain platform health through testing standards, release governance, upgrade planning and technical debt management.
Skillset-
Proven experience architecting enterprise ServiceNow implementations and leading a technical team.

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow workflow design.

Experience with ITAM, including SAM and HAM and ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

Expertise in CMDB architecture, reconciliation and data governance.

Experience designing SecOps and IRM/GRC solutions.

Strong solution architecture skills, including data models, access controls, technical documentation and integration design.

Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, SSO, roles and ACLs.

Ability to guide teams on development standards, testing, deployments and upgrade-safe design.

ServiceNow CTA, CMA, or relevant CIS certifications would be a strong advantage. CSA, CAD, ITIL, security, or risk certifications would also be welcomed.

Contract
Our client, a global IT company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Technical Consultant to join their team in Washington D.C. on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions supporting Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), helping to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality capabilities within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities-
Design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business and technical requirements.

Deliver robust technical solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices, governance and development standards.

Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Service Portal and App Engine Studio to deliver effective platform solutions.

Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs and Scheduled Jobs.

Design, implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub and APIs.

Contribute to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) capabilities within ServiceNow.

Skillset-
Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with a proven track record delivering complex technical solutions.

Strong JavaScript skills across both client-side and server-side scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs.

Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Performance Analytics, Reporting and Dashboards.

Strong experience developing REST and SOAP integrations, with a good understanding of APIs, MID Server and ServiceNow integration patterns.

Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, platform architecture, ITIL and ServiceNow best practices, with experience using source control and update sets.

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Agile/Scrum environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Previous experience in Public Sector/Government environments and/or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) implementations is a big plus.

Experience across ServiceNow products such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and IRM, with knowledge of Employee Centre, Digital Workflows, DevOps, CI/CD and ATF desirable.

Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CAD or CIS are highly desirable; CTA would be an advantage.
