  • Our client, a leading Digital Transformation Consulting firm, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Virginia on a 3–6-month contract. The successful candidate will deploy the Vulnerability Response (VR) module for a commercial greenfield cloud initiative and develop integrations with cloud tools to support on-prem systems planned for rollout.


    Responsibilities

    • Configure, design, and enhance the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.

    • Develop workflows to manage vulnerability triage, prioritization, assignment and remediation tracking.

    • Build custom dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor KPIs and SLAs.

    • Implement and maintain correlation rules linking vulnerability items to CMDB CIs.

    • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure and application teams to align processes.

    • Customize and support SecOps modules, including SIR, VR and Threat Intelligence.

    • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners and email gateways.

    • Design orchestration workflows for automated threat detection and response.

    • Create scripts, business rules, notifications and dashboards to enhance visibility and workflow efficiency.

    • Manage and secure MID Servers to enable on-premises communication and integrations.



    Skillset

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, focused on SecOps and Vulnerability Response (VR).

    • Extensive expertise in SecOps/VR modules and integrations, including REST APIs, IntegrationHub and data import sets.

    • Practical experience with tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Qualys and Tenable.

    • Strong knowledge of vulnerability lifecycle management, risk assessment and role-based access controls.

    • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Orchestration and PowerShell scripting.

    • Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS–VR, CIS–GRC, CIS–SecOps, Security+, GCIH.

    • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead Functional Consultant – ServiceNow IRM
    Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)
    Engagement: Freelance/contract
    Contract Duration: 6 months (potential extension based on project needs)


    Our client, a leading retail pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands is hiring an experienced Lead Functional Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The successful candidate will drive the functional design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM capabilities to support enterprise-level governance, risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives.


    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the functional lead for ServiceNow IRM, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs within the ServiceNow IRM framework.

    • Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and design reviews with risk, compliance, security and IT stakeholders.

    • Configure and enhance IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Vendor Risk.

    • Ensure alignment of the IRM solution with industry best practices, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

    • Oversee functional testing, UAT support and overall solution quality.

    • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure functional integrity and successful delivery of enhancements and new features.

    • Provide expertise in process optimization, workflow design, data modelling and reporting within the IRM ecosystem.

    • Deliver documentation including functional designs, process flows, training materials and operational procedures.

    • Support change management and user adoption across the business.



    Skillset

    • Proven experience as a functional consultant or lead within ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations.

    • Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance processes within enterprise environments.

    • Experience delivering end-to-end IRM solutions including requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Ability to operate independently and lead small teams or workstreams.

    • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-IRM, CSA) highly preferred.

    • Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, retail) is a strong advantage.

    • Familiarity with Dutch regulatory standards is a plus.

    • Ability to work on-site in the Netherlands as required.
