Our client, an innovative, fast-growing technology company, are hiring a ServiceNow Presales Architect to join the team remotely on an initial six-month contract. The successful candidate will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, and drive successful customer engagements.
Responsibilities-
Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements and define technical solution strategies.

Design and present scalable ServiceNow solution architectures with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM and CPQ.

Create high-quality presales documentation, including solution designs, technical approaches, implementation roadmaps, project scoping, integration strategies, demo plans, and technical responses for RFPs, RFIs and proposals.

Assess technical risks, dependencies, security requirements, integration considerations and scalability throughout the presales lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with industry best practices.

Deliver engaging customer presentations and lead technical discussions with both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.

Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, helping shape winning solution strategies and customer outcomes.

Keep current with the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities, product roadmap, and emerging features across CSM, CRM and CPQ.
Skillset-
At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow presales, solution architecture or consulting roles.

Deep expertise across ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and CRM solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ (essential), including solution design and workflow architecture.

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or equivalent is a plus.

Proven track record of leading customer workshops and converting complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, security, performance optimisation, and implementation best practices.

Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and adaptability.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience designing integrations across CRM, ERP, billing, and pricing platforms is highly desirable.
