Our client, a leading Digital Transformation company, are hiring a French-speaking ServiceNow Architect to join the team in Montreal. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, design customized technical solutions, and deliver smooth deployments that uphold the highest standards of performance, security and scalability.


Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy resilient cloud solutions.

• Collect and convert stakeholder requirements into technical architectures.

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.

• Provide thought leadership and technical expertise on the latest cloud innovations.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demos and proposal development.

• Create and maintain documentation for solution designs and project deliverables.

Skillset

• Fluency in English and French is required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

• Extensive experience working with cloud technologies.

• Practical experience with ServiceNow, including design and integration.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud workflows, customizations and integrations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong collaborative abilities across sales, consulting and project teams.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cloud technology trends.
