ServiceNow Platform Architect - German Fiber Telco
Contract: Feb 2026 - 30 Jun 2026
Our client, a Digital Transformation consulting company, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Platform Owner to join the team in Bavaria, Germany on a contract basis until the end of June. The successful candidate will drive the strategy, architecture and operational management of the ServiceNow platform within a fiber telecommunications provider’s OSS (Operations Support Systems) landscape.
Responsibilities-
Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap and target architecture.

Define and enforce platform architecture, development and integration standards.

Lead integrations and automations across core OSS processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Rollout.

Manage releases, environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure platform governance, security, performance and operational stability.
Skillset-
Deep ServiceNow architecture experience including modules, data models, security, CI/CD and integrations.

Hands-on development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF).

Telecommunications / OSS experience.
-
Knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM or other scalable OSS systems is highly desirable.
