  • Our client, a global IT company, are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their customer engagement team on a contract basis in Virginia. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for their clients, including designing, configuring and implementing products such as ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and CSM.


    Responsibilities

    • Partner with clients to design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions to business challenges.

    • Define project scope, requirements and overall vision to ensure tailored outcomes.

    • Follow and support established technical governance processes.

    • Contribute to the ongoing development and upkeep of ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

    • Engage in design workshops and support development, testing and deployment activities.

    • Take responsibility for technical deliverables, including system configurations and integrations.

    • Champion and apply ServiceNow best practices across all engagements.

    • Develop a strong understanding of client operations and align solutions to their needs.

    • Continuously enhance implementation approaches and service offerings based on experience.



    Skillset

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD and Service Portal.

    • ITIL V3 Foundation certification  and ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist are desirable.

    • Strong hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.

    • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership across governance, project management, business processes, and technical challenges.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

    • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar is plus.
