Location: Palo Alto or Remote (with limited travel)

Or work on a first of its kind platform solving difficult challenges in AI in areas like LLM's , NLP,  NLU , Semantics search? 

If Yes, my client is hiring their 1st ML hire and hands on Head of ML. 
With a strong founding team and VC backing they are ready to build a first of its kind AI observability platform to help companies manage their AI risk and governance better. 

What's in it for you?

• 1st ML hire and Head of ML. You'll be building the first of its kind AI Observability platform utilizing SOTA techniques in NLP & LLMs.
• Working with veteran leadership who have built, scaled and exited orgs before.
• Hybrid / Remote working environment (with occasional office visit)
• Base Sal: $230-240k (Some flex DOE)
• Equity

To be successful here you must have strong technical NLP skills Min of 5+ years exp and be a Staff . Principal or Tech lead in Machine Learning where you have worked on 0-1 products either in a startup or enterprise setting.
