ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Admin
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months, likely to extend

Our client, a leading European organization, is hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Developer & Admin on an initial six-month contract to joint heir team remotely. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM modules, dashboard development and performance analytics.
Responsibilities

Develop, design and provide ongoing support for ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Create effective and insightful Performance Analytics dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

Assist with configuration, customisation and administration of the ServiceNow environment.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Proactively suggest improvements to optimise platform performance and functionality.
Skillset
-
Demonstrated practical experience in developing and managing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

In-depth expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) management, Performance Analytics and dashboard design.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

French language skills are a plus.
