Relativity Software Engineer

Our client, a leading IT Services and Consulting firm, are hiring an experienced Relativity Software Engineer for a short-term (6-12 weeks) federal contract engagement. The successful candidate will provide specialized technical expertise in Relativity software installation, configuration, debugging, and monitoring to support our federal client’s e-discovery and document review operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and deploy Relativity software environments in federal computing infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex Relativity system issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Monitor system performance, capacity and health metrics.

• Optimize Relativity configurations for maximum efficiency and compliance with federal requirements.

• Collaborate with federal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Ensure all implementations meet federal security standards and compliance requirements.

• Support data migration and system upgrades as needed.

• Provide on-call technical support during critical operations.

Skillset

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity software (versions 9.x through current).

• Active federal security clearance (Public Trust – clearance minimum preferred).

• Proven expertise in Relativity installation, configuration and administration.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in enterprise software environments.

• Experience with Windows Server environments and SQL Server databases.

• Knowledge of federal IT security requirements and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with federal stakeholders

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is a plus.

• Experience with RelativityOne cloud platform is a bonus.
