Freelance ServiceNow Technical Consultant – WSD
Location: Remote in Europe
Contract: Part-time (3 days/week), 3-month rolling

Our client, a global tech organization, are hiring experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) to join team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will configure, implement and optimize WSD solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow WSD modules.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support integrations and data migration.

• Troubleshoot, test and optimize WSD processes.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.

Skillset

• Proven hands-on WSD experience.

• Strong ServiceNow development skills (client scripts, business rules, Flow Designer, UI policies).

• Experience with integrations and ITIL-aligned processes.

• ServiceNow certifications preferred (CIS – WSD, CSA).
