Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Architect
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, are hiring a Dynamics 365 Architect with deep expertise in Customer Insights and Marketing technologies. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic roadmap to consolidate multiple marketing platforms within Microsoft Dynamics 365, enhancing both functionality and licensing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing modules.

• Build and present a compelling business case to migrate around 15 existing marketing tools into Dynamics 365.

• Evaluate and optimize licensing models to lower total cost of ownership and enable reinvestment in additional Dynamics capabilities.

• Design the integration and data architecture to unify customer data and marketing workflows.

• Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on using Dynamics 365 to enhance marketing, customer engagement, and data initiatives.

• Collaborate with Microsoft and partner teams to ensure adherence to best practices and licensing strategies.

• Oversee delivery teams to ensure solutions align with both business goals and technical requirements.

Skillset

• Demonstrated track record as a Dynamics 365 Solution or Technical Architect, preferably with a focus on Customer Insights.

• Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights (including Data and Journeys).

• Proven experience creating business and financial cases for technology consolidation or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Power Platform cost structures.

• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including CDPs, automation platforms and CRM integrations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior business leaders effectively.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) are highly advantageous.
