ServiceNow Custom Integrations – On Prem (3 days per week)

ServiceNow Integrations Specialist
Location: EU Remote
Contract: Part-Time

Our client, a leading retail organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Integrations Specialist to join the team part-time on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver custom integrations for a self-hosted (on-prem) ServiceNow instance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and JavaScript.
• Support on-premise ServiceNow configuration, performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Document and deliver clean, scalable integration solutions.

Skillset

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow integrations (on-prem essential).
• Strong in API development, MID Server and Flow Designer.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Retail experience and ServiceNow certifications a plus.
